So, why is it a QUEEN thing?

Because whether we use the term ‘Queen’ to hype a friend, hail an icon, +/or self-identify as fierce and fabulous, Queen has ALWAYS been shorthand for power. 
From the queens of courts, dynasties and empires to the queens of stage and screen, from tarot queens to drag queens, the title always means the same thing: a woman/a glorious and gorgeous human, who knows her power and dares to inhabit it. FULLY.


So obviously THIS season of SATURDAY CLUB is a QUEEN THING, because it’s never been MORE necessary for us to remember + reclaim our power + crown ourselves queens.

Now, like the VERY best adventures + quests, we need guide-esses, right?
I’m from a gypsy/traveller lineage + knew how to read the tarot (+ playing cards) before I could read a book + I’ve had a life-long OBSESSION with the Queens of Tarot. They’re archetypal mirrors of our emotional + creative power, so, as we traverse Venus in the Underworld, each month, we’ll step into the court of one of these four Queens – Wands, Pentacles, Swords + Cups – + they will become our guide-ess.  

We’ll learn her medicine, her archetypal magic AND…we’ll also meet her literary + screen queen counterparts - the rule-breakers, the life-livers + the shapeshifters of both stage + page, as we reclaim our power from the dark, IN the dark.
(+ you KNOW they’ve put ALL our power in the dark + then taught us to be afraid of the dark + that’s why we’re GOING THERE, TOGETHER, to take back what’s ours!)

The Queens – in ALL their forms -  become living archetypes so that, we then spend our final month together, not just ‘understanding’ our own power and magic, but practicing it and embodying it, initiating ourselves into it and casting our own magic with it.

Yep, as Venus emerges from her Underworld phase, rising as Evening star, we recognise + crown ourselves as the FIFTH Queen (+ yes, you best believe we’re going to have a ceremony + wear a mother-loving crown!)

It’s part ancient mystery school, part book + film club, part creative SHE salon - all wrapped up in one VERY powerful + potent Venusian rite of passage. I MEAN!!!

During our 5 months together, you WILL experience, in real-time, a living rite of passage. One that rewires how you relate to power, desire, truth, and worth.
